If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

Refunds and Exchange
Faulty Goods
Inform us of the problem on mail@ultimatetoys.co.uk
You will be instructed an address to send the item back to us.
We will exchange the item for you, or refund you if this is not possible.

Unwanted Goods
All goods must be unused and in their original condition & packaging. The goods must be received by us within 8 days from the day you receive your order. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable

Delivery

All orders are shipped in plain discreet packaging.

Same/Next Day Despatch
We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday before 1pm. If your order is placed after 1pm it will be shipped the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 15 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
